Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Cazeus Casino ("the Site", "we", "us"), operated by Cazeus Gaming Ltd, a company licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (Licence Number: [UKGC Licence]) under the Gambling Act 2005. By registering an account, accessing the Site, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account or participate in any gambling activity on the Site. It is an offence under UK law to gamble if you are under 18. We carry out age verification checks on all new registrations and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any winnings obtained by underage players will be forfeited and returned to the original payment method used.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the Site from the United Kingdom. Players accessing the Site from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal are not permitted to register or play. By using the Site, you confirm that UK law permits you to participate in online gambling.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered on your account with a minimum of 30 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

Account Registration

Each person may hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the details of another person, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances. We use device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name (as it appears on government-issued photo ID), date of birth, current residential address in the United Kingdom, email address, and phone number. This information must match the documents you provide during KYC verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, close an account, or restrict access at our sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where we have reason to believe a player is engaged in prohibited activities, has provided false information, or is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not permitted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is £10. There is no maximum deposit limit unless one has been set by the player through Responsible Gaming settings. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly; in rare cases, processing delays by payment providers may cause a short delay. We do not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount is £20. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being completed. E-wallet withdrawals (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller) typically arrive within 3 hours of processing. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) take 1 to 3 business days after processing, depending on your card issuer. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2 to 5 business days.

We do not charge fees on withdrawals. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider or bank. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for your most recent deposit (or an approved equivalent), in line with our anti-money laundering obligations. We cannot withdraw funds to a payment method you have not previously used to deposit.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld where KYC verification is outstanding, where we have grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where there is a dispute or investigation in progress. We will notify you via email if your withdrawal is placed on hold and provide the reason where legally permissible to do so.

Welcome Bonus Terms

New players who register and make a first deposit of a minimum of £10 are eligible for the Cazeus Casino Welcome Bonus: a 200% match bonus up to a maximum of £500, plus 200 Free Spins. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit. You may only claim this bonus once, on your first deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus.

The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 35x the bonus amount received. For example, if you receive a £200 bonus, you must wager £7,000 before bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement must be completed within 21 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account if the requirement is not met within this period.

During the wagering period, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is £5 when playing with active bonus funds. Any bet exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may result in bonus funds being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited. Different game types contribute to the wagering requirement at different rates: slot games contribute 100%; video poker and table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) contribute 10%; live casino games contribute 5%. Some games may be excluded from bonus play entirely — check the bonus terms page for the current exclusion list.

One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other bonus offers unless specifically stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify bonus offers at any time. Players who abuse bonus offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or using hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements at low risk — may have their bonus voided, winnings forfeited, and account suspended.

Free Spins Terms

The 200 Free Spins component of the welcome bonus are credited in batches of 20 per day over 10 consecutive days, beginning the day after the qualifying deposit. Free Spins are valid for 7 days from the date of each batch credit. Unused Free Spins at the end of each 7-day validity window will expire.

Each Free Spin has a fixed value of £0.10. Free Spins are valid on designated eligible slots only — the eligible games are listed on the promotions page. Free Spins cannot be used on table games, live casino, or any game not listed as eligible.

Winnings generated from Free Spins are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to a 35x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The same wagering contribution rates apply as for the main welcome bonus (see Section 4 above). Free Spins winnings are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of £500 unless otherwise specified on the promotional terms for a given offer.

Free Spins issued as part of ongoing promotional offers (separate from the welcome bonus) will carry their own specific terms, including eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods, as stated on the relevant promotion page. General Free Spins terms remain as above unless overridden by specific promotional terms.

Responsible Gambling

Cazeus Casino is committed to responsible gambling and complies fully with the UKGC's Social Responsibility Code. We provide a comprehensive suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, all accessible via Account Settings, then Responsible Gaming.

Available tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); wager limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits with automatic logout; reality check prompts at intervals you choose; cooling-off periods of up to 4 weeks; and self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently.

Reductions in limits take effect immediately. Increases in limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period in compliance with UKGC requirements. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for its full duration. Players who self-exclude will not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and/or legal action where appropriate:

Using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy service, or any other method to mask your true geographical location or to circumvent geographical restrictions on access to the Site.

Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using third-party details, for any purpose including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.

Engaging in bonus abuse, including coordinated play between accounts to meet wagering requirements, hedging bets across accounts, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner not consistent with legitimate recreational play.

Initiating chargebacks with your payment provider after making deposits on the Site. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to fraud prevention agencies.

Colluding with other players in real-time games including live casino tables.

Using automated software, bots, or any technological tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.

Engaging in money laundering, including using the Site to process deposits and withdrawals for the purpose of disguising the origin of funds, regardless of whether gambling activity occurs.

Any breach of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities including the UKGC and law enforcement agencies.

Privacy and Data Protection

Cazeus Gaming Ltd is a data controller registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect personal data including your name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, payment details, gaming activity records, and device/IP/browser data for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with our legal obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and UKGC licence conditions, preventing fraud, and (where you have consented) sending marketing communications.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory bodies where required by law or our licence conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Cazeus Casino website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, code, design elements, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is owned by or licensed to Cazeus Gaming Ltd. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for the purpose of placing bets and playing games in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

The trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered trademarks of Cazeus Gaming Ltd and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants any licence to use these marks without prior written consent.

Game content, including software, graphics, and sound assets, is licensed from third-party providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any game is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, bet, or account decision, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, you may escalate the complaint to our approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, eCOGRA (ecogra.org). eCOGRA is an independent body approved by the UK Gambling Commission to resolve disputes between players and licensed operators. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms are subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. We will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Prior to closure, we will verify your identity and process any outstanding withdrawal requests. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your original payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Where account closure is requested as a form of self-exclusion, the process described in Section 6 applies. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

We reserve the right to close an account at any time by giving 30 days' written notice via email, except where immediate closure is required due to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or a legal or regulatory requirement. In cases of immediate closure due to prohibited activity, balances may be withheld pending investigation. Any balances held in good faith will be returned after investigation confirms no prohibited activity occurred.

Where an account is closed by us following confirmed prohibited activity (including fraud, bonus abuse, or AML violations), we reserve the right to forfeit balances in line with our licence conditions and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any overriding statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Cazeus Casino is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under the Gambling Act 2005. Our licence details are available on the UKGC's public register at gamblingcommission.gov.uk. We comply with all applicable UKGC licence conditions and codes of practice, including the Social Responsibility Code and the Ordinary Code.

UK consumer protection legislation applies to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or does, limit your statutory rights as a consumer. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
